        Mane ‘n Tail is a three person exhibition featuring painting, sculpture and photography by Bay Area artists Devynn Barnes, Susannah Israel and Charles Lee.  
       Horses are incredibly massive and strong animals and yet we don’t fear them like we do other creatures their size. We revere them, trust them, confide in them and have depended on them for centuries. Their being tugs at the delicate threads of the facade of adulthood and reveals our curious inner-child. The exhibiting artists in Mane ‘n Tail evince the true nature of these beasts that are filled with whimsy, nobility, confidence, mystery and familiarity.
